We have completed your company accounts and tax return based on the information sent through in accordance with our letter of engagement.

When checking your accounts and tax return and before approving them please consider carefully if they are correct.  Approval will give us authority to submit the accounts at Companies House and the accounts and tax return with HMRC.  both will be filed electronically.

If in doubt please let us know.

HMRC cannot be relied upon to remind you of taxes amounts due, we therefore suggest that you set a calendar reminder up to avoid missing payments.  Whether or not reminders are issued by HMRC, they will charge late payment interest and - depending on how late the payment is - penalties.
